Knockin on heavens door guitar lesson

Just went 2/2 with my first 2 BR rentals not being recognized by my PS3 5 of my boughten ones play just fine. Noticed the crack on this one Prince Caspian but sent my other one back before noticing Resident Evil: Apocalypse. Ill give them a couple more chances before downgrading, but agree that this is unacceptable. Im Having same issues with netflix b/r discs. I only notice that the discs with the small cracks wont play, however about 5 of the last 15 discs i have rented are cracked. not too sure what to do about this issue. To be honest i always prefered the hd dvd player i have not one problem ever, but too bad no more movies will be released in that format Just to add to the list. Zip code 85 So far Im 6/6 BR discs with cracks. Two of them have played, but the other four have not. I spoke to a netflix rep last week and he said that they may be considering changing the packaging for BR discs, but that that was just something he heard floating around. I cant believe this!! I just got a new blue ray player a while ago and upgraded to blue ray on netflix, so far 7 for 8 have been racked and most of the replacements as well. I thought I was the only one then I started to realize it cant just be me and found this thread!! Incredible! 8 out of 16 Netflix Blue Ray disks with the small crack in Seattle. I have had great service from Netflix until switching to Blue Ray. I like the format and the quality when the disk play properly. I would like to see a better mailer, even at an increased cost. Netflix is letting us down hard. I do not believe the problem is regional. Just got the email from Netflix stating that the Blu-Ray option is going from 1 per month to 2 per month. I immediately cancelled the Blu-Ray option. I had been hanging on to it with the hope that I could occasionally get lucky with a movie that Id love to see in hi definition. So much for knockin on heavens door guitar lesson plan. Netflix, you really, really, really, really, REALLY suck at this. Netflix has already levied a 1 surcharge for Blu-ray users which was fair, acceptable, and happily paid to help bolster the BD library. We are told that the increase is to supplement the cost of increasing the library which might have been believeable but my experience with 100% BD knockin on heavens door guitar lesson of almost 20 Blu-ray discs in the past 4 weeks casts serious doubt on what appears more like an excuse than a reason. Also know that regular DVD are received unbroken. Given that I have had 100% BD breakage I contacted USPS Consumer Affairs and found the breakage to be caused by Netflix permitting USPS to sort deliveries on the BDS barcode delivery system which it previously had not allowed, I find that an increase in BD surcharge to be unfair especially since the increase of breakage is the direct result of a decision made by Netflix. I emphasize that this discovery was made by my own communication with USPS consumer affairs department with no effort by Netflix whatsoever despite my providing contact info for the consumer affairs investigator I had been dealing with. When calling Netflix to voice my displeasure over this rate increase I was told that Netflix is doing everything they can to address the breakage not true and if I am displeased I have the choice to discontinue BD service and return to regular DVD only. Netflix has said in essence, accept the 300% rate increase or get lost. If this is the customer service being provided to BD users who are mostly tech aficionados perhaps we should take our service elsewhere and see if Netflix tech stock stays as high as it has been. This kind of attitude should not be tolerated! VOICE YOUR COMPLAINTS TO NETFLIX AND USPS.
